To use the system, follow these instructions: 1. Open the cap and inject water into the bladder. 2. Screw the cap to close. 3. Install the tube onto the connector valve of the bladder. 4. Double-check the seal before putting the bladder into your backpack.

Important notices: 1. The water temperature should be between -20 and 50 degrees Celsius. The bladder is not suitable for holding juice, milk, soft drinks, or liquor. 2. Soak the bladder for one hour in warm salt water (30-40 degrees Celsius) with a salt concentration of about 7%, then clean it before use. 3. Clean the reservoir with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly, ensuring it is completely dry before storage. 4. Avoid contact with extreme heat/cold, harsh chemicals, and UV light, as these elements can damage the reservoir. 5. Keep the bladder away from sharp objects to prevent puncture. 6. Do not overtighten the cap to avoid difficulty in opening. 7. To maintain the best condition, we suggest replacing the bladder every 6 months.
